Refund Policy
 
Within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods, you can withdraw from the contract in text form (e.g. email) without giving any reason. You will then receive your money back within 30 days (after we have received and checked the returned goods). 



For the return transfer we use the same payment method as for your order! 

It must be said in advance: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different picture, simply return the old one. As soon as we have received the picture, you will get your money back and can place a new order.

If you have decided to do this, please proceed as follows.
 


1) Check the date! When did you receive your goods? What day is today? Are you still within the 14-day return period? 


 
2) Send an email with the following information to: info@colorsofthewild.com
- Your name
- order number
- phone number
- Account/IBAN
you can return the product upon confirmation of the mail.


3) Pack the goods as securely as possible to prevent damage during transportation. To prevent your package from getting lost, we ask you to insure the package or send it with a tracking number. The costs for this (i.e. for the return shipment) are borne by the customer!

 Because we make sure that no damaged or soiled goods are sent, we ask you to do the same! If your picture arrives bent, soiled or in any way no longer true to the original, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you.
